How do I become a Ypro member?
Go to the "Ypro" menu from the "Account" section on the Yemeksepeti app. Follow the instructions on this screen to purchase the subscription service and start enjoying the benefits immediately!
How can I benefit from my Ypro advantages?
After subscribing, all your benefits will be applied effortlessly during the payment process! You can also check your unused benefits at any time. To do this, go to your "Account" and click on "Ypro".
When can I start enjoying my Ypro benefits?
You will be eligible to utilise your Ypro benefits once your order meets the minimum order amount specified in your plan.
Which platforms can I use my Ypro membership on?
You can use your membership through the Yemeksepeti app only.
When will I be billed?
After you choose a Ypro plan and submit your payment information, you'll be billed the plan amount shown during subscription signup at the beginning of the plan. Your plan will automatically renew at the end of the subscription on the same date as your initial sign-up until you cancel it.
Can I get a refund after I sign up?
We will not make any refunds or prorated reimbursements for subscriptions. You can cancel your subscription anytime. You will continue to receive benefits until the end of your subscription (except for the free trial). Your cancellation request will take effect on the next renewal date.
