Guys I love your food and I am a long time customer, but recently your Beef Nihari is absolutely full of uncrushed large pieces of pepper balls and multiple other spices. It makes the meal very bad.

Chicken Dum biryani is goodness of rice and meat that comes in layers! The process of cooking in it's own steam until rice is fluffy.we always cook it at standard pakistani spice level however if someone ask for medium spicy or less spicy we just add some boiled rice to make it medium spicy or Less spicy we can not make it super spicy.Small yogurt sauce is complimentary with it.
